I moved to Santa Cruz in 1995 from Brooklyn, NY after falling in love with its natural beauty and unique blend of personalities, arts and culture. I bought my first home in Seacliff Beach in 1996 and was drawn to real estate as a career. I started at David Lyng Real Estate in 1999 and love working for a locally-owned, family-oriented company that prides itself on first class presentation and service. I don't consider myself a sales person - I am a service provider that wears many hats. From consulting and strategizing, to overseeing home improvements, staging and marketing, to risk management and negotiating - I do what needs to be done to serve my clients and their specific needs.
